Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, call-outs are free in business hours (7am to 4pm weekdays). If we need to use tools to find the fault there is a $97 diagnostic, credited back when you go ahead with the work. After-hours and weekend call-outs have a separate fee.

How quickly can you get here?

Book a time above, or call us. Emergencies jump the queue, and after hours our after-hours line takes your details straight to the on-call team.

Can you quote from a photo?

A photo helps us give you an indicative estimate. We'll confirm a firm price once we've seen the job on site.

Do you work with strata and property managers?

Yes. Lodge a work order on our strata page. We coordinate access with residents and tenants and send photos and a report with every invoice.
