We cleared a blocked sewer with a high-pressure jetter, then ran a camera through 20 metres of the old earthenware drain. The cause was a build-up of wet wipes. We flushed every fixture once it was clear and advised the owner not to flush wet wipes.
For a body corporate we replaced a broken downpipe with a new metal one, sealed and clipped to the wall. While on site we found another unit's downpipe runs into an old earthenware connection that needs converting to PVC, and quoted that separately.
We replaced an old outdoor gas hot water unit with a new Rheem Stellar external unit.
They informed us when they would be making more noise and when would be a suitable time to do those works. All works were completed on time to a good standard.
