Thanks so much Tyler and Jamie for your work on our storm water, tap servicing and rangehood flute. The process for the quote and competed works was efficient and professional. I loved how I got the quotes on the spot from Tyler and then was able to talk through options. He also went out of his way to check for blockages, leaks and overflow from our gutters, we really appreciate you doing that for us. The guys worked on our building (mixed commercial and residential apartments) in Essendon. They informed us when they would be making more noise and when would be a suitable time to do those works. They were also approachable and communicative. All works were completed on time to a good standard, we were happy as a group overall. Would work with them again.

Great service from start to finish.
Thank you to both Jodie for organising everything over the phone and to Jamie for not only fixing our leaking toilet connection but also for installing the plumbing for our fridge. He did a great job, and we really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy once the work was completed.

Extremely disappointed with this service.
I paid over $600 simply to replace a tap and I had already supplied the tap myself.
We also asked about replacing another tap, but apparently the job was too difficult. A lot of time was spent looking at it, only to eventually tell me it couldn’t be done. Fine, I can accept that.
What I can’t understand is the pricing. When I questioned the amount, I was told they don’t charge by the hour, yet the call-out fee apparently includes the first 30 minutes. The whole pricing structure was very confusing and, in my experience, not communicated professionally.
My advice: ask for a clear price before allowing any work to begin. I certainly didn’t expect to pay more than $600 to have a tap replaced when I had already provided the tap myself.

Tyler came out the next day after we called about our dripping taps. He quoted on the spot and was able to get the job done straight away. He identified that the water pressure was too high, installed a pressure reduction valve, and replaced and serviced our old taps. Professional, prompt and efficient - would recommend!

Tyler was able to attend at short notice as we needed the gas system on our BBQ trailer checked before an event. He was extremely thorough and took the time to go over everything properly.

I had Modern Plumbing Group come out and put a pressure limiting valve on my property in Maribyrnong. They had to dig a hole in the front yard to complete the work. Once they finished the work they replaced the soil and you couldn't even tell that there was a hole made. They were very clean and professional and Taylor was very helpful with a few other plumbing issues we needed to discuss . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber and will absolutely use them again.

Modern plumbing come around to do the plumbing for my outdoor kitchen and re-plumb my water tank and upgrade the pump.
All the work done by Rhys ,James and Tyler was done in a tradesman like manner, and to a very high standard and the quoting was very fair, the guys were very easy to deal with and nothing was a problem, they come on time and everything was left tidy.
Michelle in the office was great , she is very efficient, and everything was organised promptly & professionally.

I have worked with Rhys and Tyler and their team on a number of occasions now - they have carried out plumbing repairs both internally and externally on my house in South Yarra. Most recently they have carried out extensive works to my gutters all around the house, in addition to repairs to my old tin roof!
They have proven time and again to be extremely reliable, and together with Michelle in the office, extremely easy and friendly to communicate with. Their effort and care are second to none!

Had a sewer blockage at my rental, and the team was great from start to finish. Nathaniel came out the next day, spent hours fixing it, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Michelle was a legend — she contacted Greater Western Water on our behalf without me even asking. Tyler also came out, wrote up a report, and didn’t charge for it. I was kept in the loop the whole way through, and they genuinely cared about getting it sorted properly. Super professional, easy to deal with, and I’d definitely use them again. As a landlord, it’s a huge relief knowing you’ve got a team you can trust to handle these things without the runaround.

We had a storm water drain that was filling up fast and a pump that was not working normally. We called Tyler and he came out and assessed the problem. He and his colleague came out the next day and they pumped out the water, assessed the issue and resolved it. Great customer service, professional workmanship and competitive pricing.
